Well chemistry is a cumulative subject. It is all intertwined so yes it is worth reviewing grade 11 chemistry since foundation is key!

this depends heavily on your schools curriculum. If by gr.12 chemistry you mean Advanced Placement Chemistry (http://www.collegeboard.com/student/test… and gr.11 is high school level general chemistry, then yes they should be related.
