Why does it rain in autumn/winter if nothing grows then?

bay say: it also replenishes the groundwater. you know how everybody gets their drinking water from deep wells or large bodies of water...??? well, ya kind of need more water like all the time to maintain those levels.

Some places do not even have winter.

Plants are adapted to the particular place that they are found in nature.
