answers:
Mrudul S say: I am totally against these GM crops as genes which don't belong to plants are forceful introduced in plants to make them resistant to fungal, bacterial and insect borne diseases. When such genes are introduced, along with the useful proteins, some unknown proteins can also be synthesised by these genes. Even the combination of the plant and animal genes may bring out some undesirable characteristics to plants. We never know.

Doug Freyburger say: It's called farming. Selective breeding has been the method of genetic engineering for many millennia. Now we have more effective methods. It's still just farming.
-
Thomas E say: MMmm! Can't wait for Soylent Green!
-
Freddie B say: They exist for a reason and have probably been around longer than you think.
Reasons such as disease resistance, insect resistance, drought endurance etc.. Things like seedless, colors, sweetness etc..
Meats from a lab...I would like to try them.
-
G. say: Not enough is known about the consequences to mass produce that way.
-
Joe say: In the coming era of rapid climate change, GMOs will be required to maintain agricultural productivity at levels that can feed humanity.

Like it or not, the alternative is famine.
-
audrey say: If it brings down the ridiculous prices of food, I am all for it.
