or does it only exist isolated? Normally trees and plants of a single species will spread out, by having their seeds falling not far from them; but each time I see a weeping willow, it is always alone, and I have no result searching "forest of weeping willows"

Ever seen or heard of one?

Weeping willows, in nature, require a certain level of wetness (but not too much). They tend to inhabit flood plains as a consequence. other willow species tend to actually inhabit river banks, and you may see streams or small rivers lined with them.

Weeping willows are a common ornamental tree and thus we tend to only see them in places where they have been planted. Some have escaped to the wild. it is not native to north America so it is thus uncommon to find in the wild, and thus groves are rare.
