Consider evolution, it is well established that there is "Genetic Drift" in a population due to the "Mutation Rate" for the various alleles. Evolution works only because offspring carry mutations that make them genetically different from their parents.
The same process works on the twins. There is a steady change in the alleles in their genome through time and each twin has different mutations, because the mutations occur at random.
Put another way for those who disagree: When, exactly, do you think mutations occur? No matter when they occur, the individual with the mutation is different from their parents and their siblings. And it does not matter if their sibling is their twin. They have the mutation and their twin does not.
