How would (IN THEORY) a person be biologically immortal

age, and die due primarily to something intrinsic to nature, entropy. All systems, including biological systems, that uses energy to do work suffer from the effects of entropy.......
I know that death of old age is caused by the DNA "caps" being used away while DNA is duplicating, but how would you be able to stop that "aging" process?Any ideas?

Nothing achieves immortality, not even the Universe itself. All things come into existence, age, and die due primarily to something intrinsic to nature, entropy. All systems, including biological systems, that uses energy to do work suffer from the effects of entropy. Biological entropy is a measure of order (or a lack of order) in a system. As we age, energy decreases and disorder (entropy) increases until equilibrium and dead. You can use stem cells and synthetic organ replacement to offset the effects of entropy for awhile, but ultimately entropy wins out. There is only one way to offset biological entropy and that is through human cloning. Human cloning is the only anti-aging pathway that permits resetting system entropy back to a sufficiently low level as to permit normal growth, development and maturation. Cloning a specific human being for the sole purpose of extending that individuals life span may require some method for transferring both conscious and subconscious factors from DNA donor to the cloned person. While complex, this process is not insurmountable and neuroscientists and physicists are working on this issue and making significant progress. The fact is, human cloning is completely different from human twins in terms of predicting outcomes, thus, twins are not a good model for human cloning. As far as we know, no humans have been cloned. Thus, we have no real scientific based information on the nature of a cloned person's personality, and how well they will relate to society and to their genomic donor. That is the principle reason why we should be conducting human cloning studies today. We have the technology in place to successfully clone human beings.

The cell structure of the pancreas creates new cells throughout your life. Animals like Alligators continue to grow from birth to death, so the mechanism is already in place.
- Perhaps with immortality however, it won't be so much as extending the life of organs but simply replacing them with something artificial or re-growing them in a laboratory.

There would have to be no cell deterioration and the enviroment would have to play a factor in it, the person would have to live in a pure enviroment way from toxins and pollutions and the like. The muscle structure would have to never detrorate either.
