Cells make protein from the DNA located in the nucleus of the cell. The DNA basically contains the code needed to make the protein. When a cell needs to make protein, the DNA is converted to mRNA by RNA Polymerize. RNA Polymerize then uses ready made tRNA and ribosomes to make a sequence of amino acid. The type of amino acid made depend on the code embedded in the original DNA. The final product, the protein, is made by bonding together the amino acid.
