1) What is the origin of replication?
2) What creats single-stranded DNA templates in PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)
3) How can one distinguish the 3' from the 5' end of a DNA molecule?
If anyone knows the answers to these questions and can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

im not sure on the 2nd one but the first one is where the enzyme Helicase starts to unwind the DNA and the 3rd one is the 3' end has the hydroxy group whereas the 5' end has the phosphate group!
