What is the blind spot

I have no ideas how to do my science HW!!!

The blind spot (or optic disc) is the place where the optic nerve attaches to the back of each eyeball. It's located on the nasal (medial) side of each eye. There are no photoreceptors here, so the retina forms no image this area (blind).
