Hi, I have had inverted nipples for my whole life, and they only slightly come out when I go into extreme temperatures, if I were cold, and jumped into a hot shower, they would slightly come out, then go back in.

Nothing to help, chief. Some people have inverted nipples and that's just the way they are. It's not going to hurt you or anything. The only reason to be worried is if they suddenly turned that way, but you say they've been that way your whole life. You're fine. Take care and try not to worry about it!

You are normal. Dose the color of you hair bother your or the shape of your ears? Not an issue.
For sexual play reason some people pull and streacth their nipple, hang weights on them etc. But you have to work at it every day for a long time.
