Hello all,
Can you guys help me to check if I labeled all the quantities and had my equations set up correctly? I think I have I_5 wrong, but I'm not sure. The question is to calculate the power delivered to each resistor, but I just need someone to check the diagram and equations. Thank you!

get rid of I5
I2 = I1 - I3 +I4
I3 = - I4
50 = 2(I1) +4(I3)
20 = 2(I2)+ 4(I4)
I2 = I1 - 2(I3) ====> I3 = (1/2)I1 -(1/2)I2
50= 2(I1) + 4(I3)
20 = 2(I2) -4(I3)
substituting for I3
50 = 4(I1) - 2(I2)
20 = -2(I1) + 4(I2)
6(I1) = 120 ====>I1 = 20 amps
6(I2) = 90 =====> I2 = 15 amps
The upper left 2 ohm resistor has 20 amps flowing through it, the voltage drop across it is 40 volts, and it dissipates 80 watts, both 4 ohm resistors drop 10 volts (50 -40), each has a current of 2.5 amps, they each dissipate 25 watts. Finally the resistor in the lower left has 15 amps flowing through it so its voltage drop is 30 volts, it dissipates 60 watts.
