Otherwise look for railroad car springs
A standard large coal car holds 100 tons, 200,000 lbs. Two trucks support the car, with 4 springs on each side of each truck, eight per truck, 16 per car. So each spring is holding up 200,000/16 lbs = 12,500 lbs each. So springs for lighter cars would be just about perfect.
If you want something to be cheap and readily available, look for where it is mass produced.

Sure it's possible, but does it have to be one spring, or can it be, say, 4 springs in parallel?
Look for heavy duty truck coil springs. Reference has one at 4000 lg
