not unless you find a cure for cancer. Cancer is caused by a cell that messes up the DNA sequence when it is being copied into a new cell. In terms of probability as well as other biological factors, on a long enough time line you are going to get cancer, which will cause organ failure and eventually you will pass away. What i have heard recently is that the aging process is in our DNA meaning that our DNA itself tells our bodies to age. its called the aging gene and scientists are trying to figure out how to mess with it. My personal opinion is no. "on a long enough time line, everyone's life expectancy drops to zero"...thank you fight club
