The most likely "Alien Life" are BACTERIA, which don't mate with anything.

(BTW, it's to your credit that you use apostrophes, but you're misusing them here.) That's a reckless assumption. Change the circumstances slightly on this planet and octopi, or orangutans, might have become the rulers of Earth. The only attributes we can confidently attribute to any spacefaring civilization will be that they are intelligent and will have the ability to manipulate tools. There is no reason to think they would resemble us closely in form, never mind in genetics.
