No. The taco was going from north to south, while the pizza was going the opposite direction. That means they came from different restaurants. As for starvation, don't worry, there's plenty more where that came from. These were just appetizers.

I can't be sure but I've heard that the cosmic nacho with cheese dip prevented the starvation tragedy in my area

Not while fish & chips rain from the skies. Anyway, the BS about this is getting so deep we will not need to fertilise our gardens for years.
