Based on water's properties and the planet's temperature and stuff, is there a possibilty of water? I think no because it's too hot and it would be vapor. Help please?

You are correct in your thinking.
Venus is too hot for liquid water.
It is 860 F
And that temperature is pretty much uniform everywhere on the surface of Venus. Being the same at the equator and the poles. And the same everywhere on the daylight side as the night side.
The dense clouds simply trap the sun's radiation, so the surface is incredibly hot.

Depends:
I somewhere read about a theory than venus once had an environment similar to earth (but it's ozone layer was destroyed because of global warming (<-I think it maybe was because it was too close to the sun) and then it heated up.. and so on..)
So maybe with an intact ozone layer it could.. (lets just hope earth won't become future venus)

So you're asking if water can exist as a liquid at 900 degrees fahrenheit, at the north pole, at night.....in the shade? Um, no.
