I remember when I was 10 or so my grand parents had those Life series books from the 70's and I always looked at the astronomy one. I begged them to give it to me, but they never did. Now as an old man when I go to work at 0500 or so I can look up into the pitch black sky here in rural IL and see plenty. So nice.

I've always been fascinated with science, especially physics and astronomy. I think I started reading about space when I was about 6 or 7 years old and still devour any related information (I'm now over 40 years old)/.

I was born that way.
I simply want to know what was before, why it happened, and how it all comes together and works. I want to know more about the intricate nature of the Universe and life.

I was young. I became interested in space since I last saw an IKEA commercial, "making every space, beautiful"

At age 13 I got really into it....my science teacher was really cool.
The idea that we are basically a speck of sand on a beach is frightening...think about it.l If we were to disappear suddenly nobody would notice.

When I was eight years my Mom bought me a Telescope and I was glued to it. After I got the telescope I started reading more about Astronomy and I kept on wanting to know more about it ever since.
