What do you think about this idea/theory I have

One day we might be able to figure out the real answer, but until then, we have to focus on the fact that it is a possibility that must be considered.-You are not the only one, ive thought about this plenty of times, its just speculation though of course.......
It's trippy to think about.
You never know. But to answer your question, no, you aren't making ridiculous assumptions. You're using science and your imagination to extrapolate a theory which has been discussed Ad nauseam by scholars since we've known about the atom. One day we might be able to figure out the real answer, but until then, we have to focus on the fact that it is a possibility that must be considered.

You are not the only one, ive thought about this plenty of times, its just speculation though of course. We could be infinitely small infinitely large, its all relative. Size doesn't really matter. One thing ive always thought is that everything in infinite. How can you have a beginning of time, how can you have an end of time. We probably don't even really exist, at least in the way we think we do. Our reality or conscious probably resides in a different dimension while our flesh and bones exists in this dimension, a change in dimensions in probably what the after life is like.

These are good thoughts. In fact ther are many intelligent people out there who are having ther same kinds of thoughts about the universe and so on. But dont let this discourage you, there is nothing wrong with having such thoughts and they are good exercise for expanding the mind... !

Good thinking!
You might be interested in reading books by Madeleine L'Engle (such as the "Wrinkle in Time" series), and/or watching "Men in Black," both of which have variations on this theme.

The problem with your theory is that the universe is constantly expanding. An atom doesn't expand its size.

Nobody cares about your "theory." which is just complete BS.

That's bullshit mate

For better or worse, you are far from the first person to make that comparison. It happens quite often. When someone with some imagination looks out into the sky and realizes just how miniscule the earth is, then it is easy to start thinking philosophically about the whole "existence" thing, with lots of "what if" ideas. That is one of the enjoyable aspects of just daydreaming while watching the sky.
However, the comparison between our solar system, or universe and atoms, or our universe is just a pimple on God's forehead, fails almost immediately when you understand more about atoms, electrons being quantum particles and other more esoteric facts. Since we cannot detect anything "outside" of our universe, then whether or not we are a small bit of something larger is actually irrelevant. If we can't detect it or interact with this other place or thing, then it has no meaning for us.
There are various scientific descriptions of the universe involving complex math that _allow_ for multiple universes - in other words, the equations do not forbid them from existing. That does not mean that they do actually exist.
This is the kind of topic that you can have fun with in a friendly and lively discussion among friends. Don't expect any answers, though.
