Does space freak you out

We have a space class and when we learn about the universe I get sweaty hands, breath heavily, swallowing gets a tad difficult and I have to move around the room. Basically I look like a pleb but it freaks me out soooooo much that we are just floating there oh and how the hell did we get in the universe anyway ???? Lol

Trying to wrap my head around the vastness of space and the concept of time before and after the Universe freaks me out.

We were always in the Universe. The Universe is made of everything we know so we came from the stuff that the universe is made of.

More specifically... first the Universe was created with the big bang, then stars made of Hydrogen were created and when stars started dying more complicated elements were created in their explosions. And those complex elements are used in the building of a more variety of stars, planets and life.

Hi, I wanted to add that it freaks me out too. I love the stars, but when I look at the night sky and realize just what is happening it is too big! It is wild. I know the basics of astronomy, but it still is a freaky thing to think about. But glad it all works! ") LOL
