The _shuttle program_ was ended by President George W. Bush. A hundred other programs continue.

NASA is in fine shape, and if you bother, you can go to its website and read about current and future planned launches. Of course, going to the source is so much less fun than listening to some idiot who claimed NASA no longer exists
