Who ended NASA; any names please

Can someone please tell me, who ended NASA? Were there any other major players who contributed to ending NASA? If possible please give me a NAME, of a person, please. Thanks.
Please don't say 'why should i do your homework' or 'do your own homework kid' because i will flag you. I like in the UK, so i am guessing that the names of the people who ended NASA should be american. Thanks for the help. :D

Nasa is fine and dandy.

I am so tired of hearing about Bush did this and Bush did that. Just because you can quote him, newspapers and the Congressional Record doesn't mean it wasn't Obama's fault. It's Obama's fault that we are in Afghanistan, It's Obama's fault that gas is $$, it's Obama's fault that the financial crisis started in 2008 and (of course) it's Obama's fault we have the Bush Tax Cuts.

Not only does NASA exist, we're actively building our shuttle replacement! At latest, it will be mission ready in 2017..Five years! and thats the WORST scenario. The best scenario would be faster, but NASA doesnt want to publicly commit to a timeframe any more specific reasons since..you know.. its Rocket Science. Not something you want to shove through without checking.

Oh, and one of the projects recently ended was the one that proves we did land on the moon: for three decades we'd been pinging mirrors we set up on the moon, to accurately measure its distance. It was decided that the continuation of this would be rather..pointless. Stuff like THAT is what stopped being funded.

Nobody "ended" NASA. It is still the world's largest space program. Why do people hear that ONE of NASA's hundreds of projects has ended, and assume that the whole organization has shut down?
