Besides the price tag of that negative energy that makes gasoline seem cheap, will it work to have levitating 'Flying' cars?

we'd be better off using rocket powered cars(for flying cars) or magnetic roads and magnetic car bottoms(for hovering cars)

Flying cars are already real. They just cost about a quarter of a million dollars. It didn't take 100 years for the technology to reach Jetson's level (premiered in 1962). Negative energy not required.

Negative energy isn't a real thing, and antigravity would allow us to build a perpetual motion machine, so that would violate the laws of thermodynamics. So no, you can't do that.

In orbital mechanics calculations the energy is always a negative number, but this in no way implies anti gravity. You have been listening to science fiction and not science fact.
