I am aware that our moon is constantly bombarded by micrometeorites, so is it growing?
If it grows significantly, would it have an effect on the earth's tides?

One or two kilograms of additional mass per year wouldn't make a noticeable difference. Plus, the moon is getting further and further away each year by few centimeters.
-
the earth acquires thousands of tons of mass on a yearly basis from meteorite strikes and dust. compared to the overall mass of the earth; it is probably not significant over the lifetime of the planet. same applies to the moon.
-
no, not that much. after the collision it leaves some semicircular portions. it does not effect the mass of moon that much.
-
It is not gaining enough mass to have a significant change on Earth's tides.
-
yeah ,it has effects on tides on earth
-
Yes, it's made of chese

not practicaly..Wer will it gets mass?
