I think i just saw a comet flying relatively close to earth, that I could see clearly with naked eye. And i just wanted to confirm if there are any comets or asteroids that are supposed to fly by earth today and be seen from northern Europe?
I also would appreciate if you could give links to support your information :)

1. There are no comets currently visible with the naked eye.
2. There are no asteroids visible with the naked eye EVER.
3. What you saw was probably either a satellite (there are dozens visible naked eye every night, besides the ISS) if moving slowly, or a meteor (there are dozens visible every night) if moving fast. The rule of thumb is that a satellite takes minutes to cross the sky while a meteor takes a second or two, at most.

There are 3 asteroids passing "close" today (still quite far), but they are not visible.

look at the second list
In the "Miss Distance", LD means Lunar Distance (a distance of 1 is equal to the distance from here to the Moon).
There are no visible comets right now in our neighborhood.

I bet you saw the ISS going over during the day. Schedules of ISS pass-overs and Idrisi flashes can be be found here:

Well, the ISS is the third brightest object in the sky for more than two years, After the Sun and Moon.
A half orbit ago, 46 minutes ago , the ISS WAS DIRECTLY OVER YOU, so that IS what you saw.

There are tons of them that fly by but will burn in the atmosphere.
