you quoted Roger Penrose, yet Roger himself is an atheist, and he believes in big bang + evolution. He just doesn't like the idea of everything arriving by random chance. He believes there's something unknown about God that nobody, not even the pope nor Jesus, understood. You can say this makes him an agnostic..

Very simple answer: it matches up with the evidence. The predictions made by the theories of evolution and big bang match up with observations.
Intelligent design has made 0 predictions, and has proposed no observations or experiments to validate its ideas.
It is purely creationism in disguise. Another attempt by religion to introduce itself into scientific curricula.

So, I also happened to notice that is after the 21st of May and we are all still here, lets talk about "stupid guess theories", and the "rapture".

This seems an odd time to call athiests stupid, when a true believer just cast world-wide attention on himself for getting religion *wrong*....

Chance has nothing to do with evolution.
-
Like totally. A wizard did it.

It appears that you simply cut and pasted (poorly) an old, convoluted and incorrect argument against both the big bang theory and the theory of evolution by natural selection. Because you do not even realize this mix-up, there is no point in providing a long, factual answer because you are not capable of understanding it until you become scientifically and mathematically literate.

This illustrates the difference between science and religion. Science has no prophets. There is no Gospel of Penrose that provides answers from authority. It doesn't matter what Penrose said unless he has evidence to back it up. Religions can not tolerate the concept of a prophet being wrong. But science does not work that way. Scientists are wrong quite often. That is to be expected when trying to figure out the unknown. We test many ideas and most of them fail. The few that do survive testing become theories, at least for a while.
