Then theres the reticulated python doesnt weigh as much as the green anaconda, but can measure 25 feet long and over. The smallest scorpion species may be Microtityus waeringi (it doesnt have a registered common name), or the largest which may be the imperial scorpion or Heterometrus swammerdami (another one without a common name), one of the species of giant forest scorpions. The larger scorpions typically have smaller stinger compared to their bodies and use their shear strength to kill their prey.......
Squaring off one on one in the optimal conditions could a scorpion kill a snake fair and square? And also poison to poison who's is more potent?

That's a far too general question to answer on its own. There's over 3,000 species of snakes and over 1,500 species of scorpions. Which ones are you implying? Snakes can be as small as the Barbados threadsnake which measures a mere 4 inches long to the giant green anaconda which can weigh over 250lbs and measure over 20 feet long. Then there's the reticulated python doesn't weigh as much as the green anaconda, but can measure 25 feet long and over.

The smallest scorpion species may be Microtityus waeringi (it doesn't have a registered common name), or the largest which may be the imperial scorpion or Heterometrus swammerdami (another one without a common name), one of the species of giant forest scorpions.

The larger scorpions typically have smaller stinger compared to their bodies and use their shear strength to kill their prey. Many of the smaller species are venomous and have relatively large stingers compared to their bodies with slimmer pincers. Some snakes rely on constriction, such as the heavily muscled pythons and boas, as well as many colubrid species, while others rely on venom. Still others may hunt for insects and have slim bodies with no need for constriction.

The most venomous scorpion, the deathstalker scorpion, is deadlier than the most venomous snake, the inland taipan/ tiger snake because the tiger snake is so shy and docile, it would more than likely never use its venom for anything else besides its prey. In fact, there's been no recorded human fatalities by the inland taipan as opposed to the deathstalker. Nonetheless, other venomous snakes which are more aggressive, such as the black mamba, have caused numerous human deaths in the past.

You really need to research a bit more before asking a question like this. This is far too general of a question. There's so many possibilities and outcomes with so many various species.
