I'm going on holiday next week and the resort offers camel riding as an activity.
I'd love to experience it, but I'd hate to hurt the camel's back.
So my question is, would I be hurting it if I sat on it?
By the way, I weigh 7 stone 5 (103 pounds) if this helps.
Thanks in advance!

You will NOT hurt the camel, assuming it is mature. Camels have been carrying heavy loads and people on their backs for thousands of years, and you are 7 stone 5, very light :)

camels hump is fat and a camel is very strong animal like a horse..
a horse and camel both weigh about 10 times you weigh or more
you can feel free to ride the camels back without hurting it...
one thing camels are known to be a bit moody and they can spit at you too...so watch out..

You riding a camel is to the equivalent of you holding a cat.

If it does, it will get the hump.
