How would you know if the National Weather Service is sending out a WINTER STORM (watch) (advisory) (warning). This week (Wednesday night) my county is supposed to get about 3-6 inches of snow. We normal get 3-6 in early January and my city isn't really ready for anything. Where i live our National Weather Service is located in Binghamton New York. I'm confident there going to send out SOMETHING but ill be up all night till they send out something. Do you think they'll stay with a Watch, Bump up to a Advisory, or do a Warning, I know the difference between all of them but I'm just very curious what there going to send out.
