Have you seen how wet and rainy it is outside! This is meant to be summer! I've looked on the weather forecast and the rain looks like it's never going to end :( Does anybody had a good idea when this sun is going to come back?? :D thank you

Most probably not during next week.
The polar front and the jet streams are more south than they should be at this time of the year. It is caused by a stationary high pressure over Greenland. This pushes low pressure more southward, over the southern part of the British islands, where it should be, at this time of the year, over Iceland.
Between the Greenland high and the Azores one, low pressures move eastward, not not very fast. It gives us a meeting of warm and moist air from the Atlantic, and polar air above. It means: unstable air masses with rain showers, gusty winds and sometimes, thunderstorm.
This is valid for the UK and Norway, where I live. The reason I have a good picture of the present weather is that I am supposed to fly up north with my little ultralight aircraft from Monday. But ... the outlook isn't too good. Meeting rain isn't too much of a problem but in the mountains, it means that you risk to be stopped at the end of a valley or a fjord and it is an awkward situation.
