Is the Ozone layer or hole really a major factor in Global Warming

Or does Global Warming actually exist in fact?

Multiple satellite measurements and ground-based observations have determined the ozone layer has stopped declining since 1995 while temperature trends continue upwards.

So, the Ozone is not a major factor. It's CO2 from fossil fuels.

For some reason, the environment and global warming has become a sore point for the right wing. Oh, yes, I remember now, they are just tools of the fossil fuel industry and other major polluters.

I was raised being taught that the Ozone hole is caused by CFCs...then at some point the hole's destruction was then blamed on global warming (a much better term being climatic shift). I have yet to hear a good reason why this change in factors to blame was made.
