If Evolution occured, how could it have made we humans higher than other animals

I mean why can't the monkeys talk, develop planes, build...
why are we human yet we have larger and bigger animals than us who can fly? why can't we have wings atleast we all volved fom a common ancestor? lol u all funny.

Other animals haven't learned to use weed yet...

Humans are higher than other animals in the eyes of people who make man the measure of all things. But nature doesn't make man the measure of all things. If you want to understand the natural world, you have to understand it on its own terms.

The Great Tree of Life in which man occupies the very top is an obsolete, early 19th century concept. It goes nicely with the Victorian idea that the English were the most highly developed race, followed by North Europeans, South Europeans, Jews, Slavs, Asians, and Native Americans, all in that order with African Negroes at the bottom.

According to the theory of evolution this only shows that so far evolution has produced only one species with the capabilities to do these things; but it could produce other species with similar or greater abilities in the future.

Alternatively it might be that God has made us in his image.

Because we developed differently. Evolution means change; it doesn't have any direction.
