AP Biology Project: Topic Ideas

I need to do a final project for my bio class.
and it has to be a 10 minute long presentation -_-
so i need some good ideas! she wants us to give an outline of a specific topic with subheadings and stuff..
i was thinking maybe something on the heart?
but i dont know what to do with that.
she wants us to have outside info and not just stuff from the textbook.
so any interesting ideas?
