Will I have difficulty in physics like my sister(Please Answer)

-No you wont. Not everything is genetic. Im in my penultimate year of geospatial engineering. Im good at math and physics. My sister is a biochemist. Shes good at math but HORRIBLE at physics.......
Ok here's the thing, I'm a 22 year old guy and my sister is 25. The thing is, we're both good at math(I'm good at math and economics). The difference is however, is that my sister is good at math but no matter how hard she tries, she cannot do well in physics(she barely passes her engineering courses). My question is, if I'm good at math, will I end up like my sister?

Depends. How were/are you with "word problems" ? Do you see the relationships between the physical situation and the math that describes the situation? If so, you should be fine.

-
No you won't. Not everything is genetic. I'm in my penultimate year of geospatial engineering. I'm good at math and physics. My sister is a biochemist. She's good at math but HORRIBLE at physics. I also sucked at Biology no matter how hard I tried. My other sister sucked at sciences and is a very successful environmentalist.

Point of all this is that you may be related to someone and share many things but at the end of the day we are individuals with unique qualities.

-
Not necessarily but I think it is likely. Even if you are different you do share both similar genetics AND similar upbringing, education etc.

So it is more likely than not that you will have similar weaknesses.

And given your age it is quite late for trying to make a change that would make a science subject easier.

Physics is NOT maths. To understand physics needs observation of many things in the natural world and an implicit understanding of what happens. All the subject can do is to tie all these experiences together.

If you lack the experience ( and many physics teachers are guilty of this) then the physics becomes a mathematical exercise with a lack of understanding.
