Question about equivalent capacitance

A 7 µF capacitor, a 8 µF capacitor, and a 16 µF capacitor are connected in series. What is their equivalent capacitance?

Hello Brain Overload, we use the formula for finding the equivalent capacitance in series as
Ceq = C1C2C3 / (C1C2 + C2C3 + C3C1)
Plugging we get, 7*8*16 / (56+128+112)
Hence Ceq = 3.027 µF
