I was in the car with my mom one day,and I started thinking.She got a Honda accord 2011.She was going 55mph.If a ferrari was going 55mph at the same time,the Ferrari would be going faster than her Honda.(I think).Then I started thinking even more an Olympic runner would theoretically be able to out run my mom car for at least a few minutes,but the human wouldnt be running at 55mph.Same as a bird.A bird could be gliding at 10mph and out pace my mom car.I dont get all this.can somebody tell me if I am right or I was just thinking stupidly.

The fact that you believe that since the Ferrari is a faster car that it is always traveling faster than an Accord regardless of the cars actual speeds can only mean that you have been taught to reject objective reality. Speed is, as it says, miles per hour (in this case). So you do 55 miles in 1 hour, so whatever the object is, it will be doing the same.
