Are we going to have a meteor or anything in 2012

All in the title.(:

We will have a meteor in 2036... but tiny fragments of rock are constantly hitting Earth

We have meteors every day.

On average, an observer in a dark area (away from city lights) should see six meteors per hour. On certain nights, the number goes up as Earth crosses the orbital path of meteoroids (left behind by old comets). On such nights, we have "meteor showers" and the rate can go up to 60 meteors per hour -- and that is for one observer in one spot (this means that Earth gets tens of thousands per hour, if you consider the entire planet).

Hi¡¡ mm well, it's not so sure hehe, well, every time we are exposed to some things like this, Than situation, "the end of the world" is cause there is a mexican leyend coming from the teory that the aztecas' calendar hasn't more days in its. It's not true, the world will continue, well, the contamination an wars can finish with the world but, don't worry, nothin will happen in 2012 hehehe

Your "title" is squat. Also, if you took the trouble to keep up with the news, you'd know 2012 is a lot of clap-trap. It's 2013 you should be concerned about.

If there was a massive meteor that was going to hit earth in 2012 it would be in the sky now the size of the sun :) nothing will happen in 2012 don't get yourself scared over it

Ha! A few hundred thousand in passing I suspect. Another few hundred thousand "meteorites" hitting Earth. It's a daily happening here on Earth. Size does matter!
