A football is kicked at ground level with a speed of 16.9 m/s at an angle of 32.7° to the horizontal.
How much later does it hit the ground?
I got 3.3 seconds but it is wrong can someone help me?

The vertical component is what determines the flight time.
u(y) = u sin (theta) = 16.9 * sin 32.7 = 9.1 m/s
At the top of its flight, the final velocity, v=0
v = u + at
0 = 9.1 + (-9.8)t
9.8t = 9.1, therefore t = 0.93 s
This is the time for half the flight, up to the top, and the time taken to return to the ground is the same
t = 2 * 0.93 = 1.86 s
