Can you please help with my Physics question

= 11.666 secs.......
A 1400kg car is accelerated from rest to 25 m\s. The engine produced a force of 3000N to achieve this acceleration. How long did it take for the car to reach its final speed? What formula would help me find the answer? I'm not looking for you to tell me the answer, I'm just having a brain fart right now. Thank you!

-
Acceleration = (f/m), = 3000/1400, = 2.143m/sec^2.
Time to reach 25m/sec = (v/a), = 25/2.143, = 11.666 secs.

-
Use: f=ma to solve for a
Then use: a = (vf - vi) / t
