Antimatter is exactly like normal matter in every way except antiparticles have the opposite charge. For example, an antiproton has a charge of -1 instead of +1 like a proton, and a position has a charge of +1 instead of an electron's -1. When a particle and its antiparticle come into contact, they annihilate and all of their mass becomes energy by E = mc^2. When an electron and a position annihilate, for example, the result is two gamma rays traveling in opposite directions. Antimatter isn't normally found in nature, though I think some might be produced around certain black holes. Most of the time it appears in particle colliders like the LHC. That's about all I know about it.

anti-mater is a particle that when combined with mater completely destroys both the mater and anti-mater, releasing all the energy contained in both (energy found with E=MC^2)
it can only be made in a particle collider and im not entirely sure how.
its entirely possible that whole solar systems formed naturally out of anti-mater because it acts exactly the same as normal mater
