You have nightmares. What symptoms you have, you haven't really explained. First, who can say if your definition of 'spiritual' is the same as mine. Second, you haven't really said what you mean by symptoms.

What is real is that you are scaring yourself half to death by fearing things that have never been demonstrated to exist anywhere other than in the minds of the believers. The only thing you really need to fear is letting your mind run out of control. Look, I'm going to link to another question that was asked a couple of weeks ago. This young man was experiencing a lot od what you are, and I tried to give him a tool to help cope with it, and I think it will help you as well. The Exorcist was based upon a real case of reported posession that happened back in 1949 if I remember right. Possession-- real possession-- is very, very, scarce, but paranoia and schizophrenia are much more common. Go and see a doctor about your fears.

DO not watch scary movies. Even spirits on the other side don't want you to watch that crap. When you are good in your heart and put God first no weapon formed against you shell prosper. Also spring water can not flow from the same well. If you are good in your heart then Gods love and protection will always be around you. When you are scared, I want you to close your eyes and imagine being covered in a protective white light. Then say to yourself, I am a child of God and his protection is around me, my family and my future. Say this everyday and believe. Bad Spirits are attracted to fear, and bad places. Live in light and you will always be fine. I never look at scary movies out of respect for those I love on the other side. Its insulting to them for me to be afraid of them after having relationships with them in this life. Do not live in fear because the reality is, you really don't have too.
