.some are good and nice..and some are really mean and cruel some will help if you ask nicely.while some just want to see you suffer and make mistakes........
he spoke with me again today..during class and when i got home..he doesnt seem to be a mean thing..not at all..

P.S i guess i should put my views on demons if any are wondering why im not terrified and running to the nearest church..

I don't necessarily think that the demon is attached to you, just following you and everyone you meet. It's hard to say whether or not that it is evil, maybe it is helping you grow. Just watch yourself and those around you. Do not do anything malicious to the demon. Karma would definetly hurt you and those close to you.
ok then. Unfortunately for your story there are no such things as witches, demons, etc... so to answer your headline question: no.
