Why does the limit not exist

The answer for the problem is that there is no limit, but I don't know how to get to that point. The problem is lim 2x/sqrt(x^2+1) as x approaches infinity.

i am not sure if I am correct or you

according to my calculation limit exists

if you divide numerator and denominator
with x

then you have
lim (2x/x) /(root(x^2+1)/x
=lim 2/ (root(1+(1/x^2)))
=2/root(1+0)
=2
