Well, there are many possibilities. But these things usually show up in a person, as you could see from above, when a spirit being is attached to that person.
So you should pray specifically to Jehovah God, through Jesus, asking Him to block the telepathic messages coming from the spirit being who is attached to Jim. You should do that as often as you can. Don´t forget to use His name in prayer. -Proverbs 18:10.
Telepathy isn't real, paranoia is, discuss this problem with your doctor.

I don't know if I can be of much help, but I wanna try too. I'm not sure what you've done to try and shake this Jim guy from telapthy. But one thing I think might help is with full on will power to shut him out of your mind. You don't have to let other people look into your mind or speak to you through telaphy. It is your mind, you have control over everything it does, so don't let it, and jim take control of it. Its good that you've found a good guy, take the positive energy and have it cancel out the bad. If anything that might help in some small way. And yes, I've had similar issues with things invading my mind/thoughts. But I usually am able to kick it out whenever I need to, by knowing the simple fact that its my mind, nobody else's.
