Is it true that in operating rooms, male doctors are only allowed in if a female is present?

This idea presents two fallacies:
- that whenever a group of males are present with a vulnerable female, they will conspire to rape her;
- that a female will always protect another female and can always be trusted.

In reality many ethical male health professionals would report anything untoward, just as any ethical female health professional would. A male doctor, even if he is the Professor of Surgery, cannot count on other people present to let him have his way with an anaesthetised female patient just because all the doctors and nurses who are there happen to be male.
