I’m about 100 pounds, I have a fast metabolism. I smoked everyday for about 4 months. I have now heen clean for a month and a week or so. It doesn't matter your weight or how fast your metabolism is or how much water you drink or if you take charcoal pills or drink cranberry juice or exercise a lot.

Julie D. say: Nothing will completely detox you but TIME, and since you were a daily smoker, THC will show up on a urine drug test for at least 40 days. You should be coming pretty close to the time you'll be able to pass the test, but my suggestion to you would be to not smoke pot at all from now on because you'll never know when you could be random drug tested. While it sounds like you are a teen, some teens, especially teens that are 16 and up do go out and try to get part time jobs. If that sounds something that you might do in the near future, don't you think a future employer would also want you to take a drug test? Not only that, if you're obtaining pot illegally on the street or even from a friend that you THINK you can trust, these days pot can also be laced with the deadly drug called Fentanyl, which could KILL you, and you wouldn't even know if the pot had Fentanyl in it's contents since it's SO small and doesn't take much to be fatal.
You don't NEED to smoke pot. You want to. If you needed medical marijuana, you'd have a medical marijuana card and would be getting pot from a legal dispensary. You aren't, or your Parents would already know that you had a medical issue that required you to obtain pot in a legal manor.
It for one second you don't think that weed can't be a gateway drug for a person who has a tendency to become an addict in which addiction is a mental illness and brain disorder, think again. Many heroin addicts started out by smoking weed and drinking alcohol when they were teens. TRUTH, whether you want to believe it or not. Many addicts also started out by taking prescription pain pills that WERE prescribed by a Doctor and then got hooked. Not everyone abuses drugs, but a person who is hardwired in their brain to become addicted WILL. Don't let that be you, by just STOPPING using ANY drugs that aren't not Doctor supervised, and Doctors aren't handing out prescription pain pills either anymore because they have now been able to see the DRUG EPIDEMIC across the world, and how many overdose deaths there are each day.

Once it’s entered your system, your body needs time to break it down. Exercising, eating healthy, and staying hydrated may help, but not drastically.
There are a number of weed detox remedies and kits and available on the internet. Many require drinking a lot of water to dilute your urine, and then using herbal supplements such as creatinine or vitamin B-12 to mask the dilution.
These kits don’t work reliably.

Lone Cat say: Nope. Sorry, but it takes time for weed to get out of your system. There really isn't anything else. For a heavy user it can take 3 or 4 months.
As far as I know, all the products that claim to work really don't work.
