can MRI doctors know what I am thinking by looking at my brain MRI?
I get an MRI annually and sometimes I have fantasies that involve the technician in my mind during the MRI.I would be embarrassed if they found out what I was thinking. Also, I saw youtube videos that said the brain looks differently with different addictions. I might have a masturbation habit, could they know?

JosephV say: Not by MRI but by EEG activity. When you think of certain specific thoughts, in response certain specific areas of your brain give higher voltages that can be detected by the EEG leads.
