Do you take it everyday? I have been prescribed adderall (20mg IR twice a day) for the past 3 years and it still works pretty well. The trick is to not take it on weekends or when you dont need it. If i feel the drug is not working I simply take a 3-4 day break and it works a lot better after that. Try taking these breaks every 2-3 weeks. If this doesn't help maybe you should ask your doctor to increase your dosage.
