Will it look bad?,

Of course not, medical schools like you to have had direct patient care experience.
I also have found that having had that type of hands-on, labor-intensive, generally under-appreciated job can help make for a better physician, that gets along with their support staff better. Physicians that started in that sort of role, I have found, generally tend to respect the people doing the grunt work much more than others, since they've been there, and realize the importance of those jobs. I have seen countless examples of techs, transporters, environmental services associates, etc being treated poorly by doctors that look down on them. I have experienced it myself as well, as I was once a transporter at a major hospital for a short time during undergrad.
