If that cell existed before the dinosaurs, which means we are related to dinosaurs, what are we during the Jurassic period, and how did we survive when the dinosaurs died?

well actually no one said it started from only one cell, it is just a theory. possibility is it started at a lot of points at the same time, the evolution theory states the path not the beginning.
also the cell thing if it happened has to be before dinosaurs, because there is enough hypothetical and other theories and even evidence in some cases that a large no small animals survived the doom or whatever happened, and evolved furhter into what we have today including us. so it was not completely erased and started over again.
we when dinos were dying, were not techincally we, but small mammals or reptiles i do not remeber which one particularly, so while the cause of destruction lead to the demise of quite a lot type of dinos a lot of species did survive. And that is why scientists think that it was not just a comet which wiped them out, but some other chain of sequence, so in a way you can say that while the dinos failed to improve or accomodate themselves to changing things, our ancestors and those of birds, other mammals crocodiles and so on, were evolving. Do not ever think that the dinos were like erased in a single instant, no the birds which you see are kind of evolved raptors. Well we can say the cell was first. The dinosaurs were next then us dont know how it all went down but in the end yea we all are from that first cell so theres the answer yes were all related in some crazy way. Wow now you got me thinking on it good one.
