Acetaminophen is just Tylenol. It's a pain-reducer, a fever reducer, and has few side effects if taken properly. If you overdose on it, it will kill your liver, but it takes quite a bit. Just don't take more than 1000 milligrams total of acetaminophen every 6 hours. This includes the stuff mixed in with the flu drugs.
